Starting clean and Staying clean is the objective to successful tank-mixing and spraying Lots of water is most important in the mixing process.
Flush spray system of any old chemical mix including hoses, spray nozzles and screens.
Fill spray tank minimum half full of water
While continuing to add water, and with vigorous agitation running, slowly add Zinc, Boron, Nickel allowing each adequate time to agitate
While continuing to fill the tank with water, add pesticides like Kphite 7LP fungicide last.
Notes: Minor elements liquids like Zinc, Boron, and Nickel are solids in suspension. Kphite 7LP is a true solution. The combination in a tank-mix requires a little extra time to get the minor elements solids in suspension with water.
Zinc products containing a lignin sulfonate component may not mix well.
Do not allow the tank-mix to sit for long periods of time. Maintain agitation.
At the end of the day, flush lines hoses, nozzles and screens by spraying clean water.
